WHY WORK AT MONSTERCAT?
Monstercat’s mission is to create artist sustainability - that means we work hard to support artists in being able to do what they love for a living. To do this, we are constantly on the lookout for the most innovative and novel ways we can support artists to get there via community-building, partnership opportunities, and good old publicity. It’s also important to us that artists receive transparent and equitable compensation. If this resonates with you and your values, this might be the place for you to build your career!
Company Values
Community
Community is at the heart of everything we do, nurtured by an inclusive culture of collaboration, diversity, positivity, and inspiring music.
Curiosity
In order to grow we always ask questions, remain open to fresh perspectives, and challenge ourselves to think differently
Integrity
We hold ourselves accountable and follow through on our word, with honest and respectful communication.
Tenacity
We don’t fear failure. Anything is possible; if we can conceive it, we can achieve it.

Our offices
Company-wide we are a team of 60+ and growing! We are headquarted in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, with offices in Los Angeles, California and Singapore. We offer a hybrid work environment - the requirement to work physically from an office for a set amount of work hours is determined by each role's duties and responsibilities. Outside of that, the choice to work from the office or remotely is up to each employee.
