Why can't I sign up for Gold right now?
New Gold sign-ups are paused while we prepare the move to SoundScout. When SoundScout launches, signing up will happen there. In the meantime, leave your email above and we'll let you know the moment it's live.

I'm a current Gold member. What do I need to do?
Nothing right now. Keep enjoying Gold as usual. We'll email you with everything you need to know before anything changes.

Will my account be deleted?
No. You keep your account and access, and your playlists will move with you to SoundScout.

Will I lose my playlists or any features?
No. Your playlists and access will carry over to SoundScout, and no features are lost in the move.

Are my channels still protected while this is happening?
Yes. Your Gold benefits, including creator licenses and content protection, stay active throughout the transition. Nothing lapses in the move.

Will my price change?
Your current rate will stay the same for the time being. As a thank you for being a loyal subscriber, existing Gold members will be moved to a legacy plan. Pricing may change in the future, and if it does, we'll let you know in advance.

Will I keep being billed during this time?
Yes. Your Gold subscription continues as normal, and you keep full access.

Can I still manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your Gold subscription from your account settings, just like before.

How will I get my SoundScout account?
When SoundScout launches, your existing membership will be moved over for you. You'll be able to sign in with the same email and password you use today. We'll email you when it's ready.

What happens to the Monstercat Player?
The Monstercat Player will be retired when SoundScout launches. Until then, it works as usual. SoundScout will do everything the Player did, and more.

Is Monstercat going away?
No. Monstercat and this website aren't going anywhere. SoundScout is simply the new home for the music you streamed and licensed through Gold and the Player.
