Wry and to the point, 19-year-old multi-instrumentalist Marlhy writes with the maturity of artists twice her age. Having played music since childhood, founded numerous bands and graced the stage at festivals such as Lollapalooza and SXSW, she’s now poised to release her debut EP.

A testament to her musicianship, the project in its entirety was co-produced by Marlhy and features her drum prowess - embracing her roots. Noted as, “not your average teenage girl”, Marlhy is a seasoned singer, songwriter, drummer and forward-thinking artist whose talent has beget collaborations with artists such as Kellin Quinn (Sleeping with Sirens), Zookëper, pluko and OddKidOut.

“I want people to feel empowered to take on the shitty situations life throws at us. I want them to know they aren’t alone and have the strength to deal with anything”, says Marlhy. Unafraid and always forthright, her lyrics shine in her soulful husky tones over bass-driven, genre-twisting tracks.
