He emerges from 2021 artistically renewed after an introspective year, adapting to a new life on a new continent. “It's taken a long time to adjust to Finland. I needed that break of 12 months not only to experiment and find my new stylistic trajectory, but also to ground myself”. Time spent in artistic meditation resulted in a newfound confidence for the Australian-born artist, reconnecting in his limbo with the music that inspired him. Drawing on dance pop and the early 2010s as inspiration points to fuse with his familiar sharp and euphoric production style, he took the next step forward.
